Here is my groups animation of an erupting volcano.

Volcano Erupting

Here is my moment in time recount about the erupting volcano.

Boom! Bang! Rumble! Rumble! The volcano burst into flames. Bubble Boom Crash! The gas was spreading the ash into clouds in the sky. The red, orange hot lava was spitting out. Spit! Spit! Rocks exploded into the sky. Slowly the lava turned into thousands of rocks.

Te Ahuahu Walk

Ring ring! The bell rang. The bus stopped. Beep beep. Yay! We are going to Te Ahu Ahu. “Yipee! finally we are climbing the mountain today,” my cousin yelled. I could not wait.

I saw the big mountain. We started to climb. I felt tired. My legs were tired. I saw crickets jumping around the place. I heard the crickets sing. I saw spiders crawling everywhere. I heard people talking. I saw the big pond. The view was amazing.

Here is my writing about Te Ahuahu mountain walk. We were focusing on powerful verbs and appropriate adjectives. I think my writing is cool.
